Police Literally Stealing Food from the Mouths of Children! When racist black South African Police Officers invade the house of a destitute white family, to confiscate their food, one cannot help but think of the forced starvations in USSR like the Holodomor and Lenin’s genocide. After the shocking incidents of abusive treatment of minorities by black Police officers at Ballito and  Dwarskersbos, even more shocking incidents have come to light in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, where three racist black Police officers invaded the home of a destitute white family at night and confiscated their food, which had been donated to them shortly before. The food parcel had to be delivered under cover of darkness because the Police don’t allow food donations direct to white people and will arrest people for donating to whites! Gauteng is in chaos following controversial Lesufi’s plans to place white children in black neighborhoods

The controversial Minister of Education in Gauteng that plans to place whites in black residential schools is a complete failure and with only four days left, many children will not know where to go on the first school day of 2020.

Although Panyaza Lesufi vehemently denies that this is his intention, educators point out that he has by no means taken into account the proven system of children going to the school closest to their place of residence.

His system of putting children online is a huge failure, and hundreds of children have not yet been placed in any school on Monday.

Nearly 9,000 scholars have yet to be notified where they will be placed, and many parents have decided to avoid the chaos and now want to put their children in CVO schools.

However, Panyaza Lesufi’s assurance that every child will be placed has led to several schools now facing overcrowding, which is putting quality education back into question.

Spare the rod, spoil the child – Giving your child a hiding at home remains illegal!

According to a ruling by the Constitutional Court on Wednesday, corporal punishment in the future will be illegal in private households

The majority judges of the Constitutional Court claims that children can still be effectively disciplined without using moderate and reasonable chastisement, there are other means of enforcing discipline.

In November last year, the Constitutional Court heard an application by Freedom to Religion in South Africa (FOR SA) requesting that a 2017 Supreme Court ruling that corporal punishment in private households be set aside.

Daniela Ellerbeck, legal representative for FOR SA, said earlier that the Supreme Court ruling “will make criminals of well-meaning parents who love their children and only want the best for them”.

Ellerbeck said the Supreme Court ruling essentially meant that if a parent just gave their child a light blow to the hind, the parent could be arrested, prosecuted and convicted.<

Does MEC for Education really have our children’s best interests at heart – Lesufi is going to leave 14 000 learners stranded- Latest action by the department is contrary to the Constitution which clearly states that every person has the right to basic education

The FF Plus was shocked to learn that the Gauteng Department of Education announced earlier on 15 January 2019, that learners who still do not have a place at a school only have until this Friday 18 January 2019, to accept the placements offered by the Department.

This threat serves as proof that the MEC for Education, Panyaza Lesufi, does not care about the future of the children in the province.

If Lesufi really did have our children’s best interests at heart and if he really was concerned about their education and training, he would not have allowed his Department to broadcast such threats.

The Department did not perform its duty to ensure that every child in Gauteng has been offered a space for learning at a school. If Lesufi had done his job like he was supposed to, enough schools would have been built in the last five years and we would not have this crisis on hand where there are 14 000 learners who will most probably have nowhere
