Well, well, the rich ANC confirms that they will cover Jacob Zuma’s legal costs or are the Gupta’s involved

The bank of the ANC will be opening its doors to one of their most frequent customers. Jacob Zuma is set to be bailed out by the party in his legal fees saga.

Fair play to Jacob Zuma. He’s absolutely adamant he won’t pay a cent towards his own court bills, and he seems to be winning the fight. Speaking to SABC on Friday morning, the ANC’s Acting national spokesperson Dakota Legote confirmed they would bailout Msholozi by paying for his legal fees.

It marks a bizarre twist in the tail, just 24 hours after Zuma was asked to pay back a fee of approximately R16 million in public funds he used for his own private court cases. The ANC initially welcomed the judgement he’d have to “pay back the money”, but Legote seems to be letting the former president off the hook in a major way.

Manhunt launched after 10 terrorists invades farmnear Philippi in the Western Cape

A farm worker and a suspected farm attacker were killed after ten attackers struck on a farm on Sunday morning.

Sgt. Police spokesperson Noloyiso Rwexana said a farmer and his son were working on the farm at 08:50 when ten men arrived there under the pretext that they wanted to do business.

“One of the men threatened the farmer with a firearm and forced him to open a safe. The farmer then handed over an unconfirmed amount of cash. The owner, his son and farm workers were then forced into a store room, “said Rwexana.

She said a struggle had occurred and one of the farm workers (31) was shot. He died later on his way to the hospital.

The attackers fled with a white Toyota Avanza and a white VW Golf. According to Rwexana, the local security group has been notified and the police as well.

Disgusting is not a proper word! BLF Leader, Andile, Celebrates The Farm Murder Of 2 Elderly Couple Shot While Sleeping

In a shocking tweet posted on Friday the 14th of December 2018, the national spokesperson for Black First Land First, Lindsay Maasdorp, celebrated the brutal murder of an elderly couple, who was shot and killed whilst sleeping in their beds, on their farm in the Western Cape.

This comes after Black First Land First leader, Andile Mngxitama, last week said that for every one black person killed they would kill five white people, including women and children.

Two elderly victims, male and female, were both shot dead in their bed whilst sleeping according to Ian Cameron of Afriforum.

The SAHRC, as well as many civil rights organisations and political parties, indicated that they would lay charges against BLF and take the matter further legally.

Lobby group AfriForum recently reported that 22 farm attacks have been reported in the Western Cape since the start of this year.

Small coastal village in Northern Cape, Kleinsee is flooded with illegal diamond miners

The coastal town of Kleinsee situated in the Northen-Cape is flooded with illegal diamond miners. The town that was part of the De Beers group has recently been a quiet coastal village with almost no stickers. It has changed drastically over the past few weeks with a diamond rush of almost 8,000 “miners.

Land that was rehabilitated by the mining group was occupied by the miners who set up  huts, tents and temporary structures. Neat and rehabilitation material has been extracted and used as shelter material while new vegetation has been pulled out on the dunes to strengthen sails and structures. Nearly 8,000 miners were counted before the weekend and reportedly it grew to 15,000.

Beach facilities like toilets and showers are taken over as laundry facilities and wash facilities. No toilets exist and the open grooves are used as restrooms. The police refuse to act against the setlers because they were threatened with death.

Edcon group, which owns Edgars, may be bankrupt

The Edcon group, which owns Edgars, has denied reports that the entity faces liquidation. A statement says that the group is experiencing financial difficulties, but is negotiating between shareholders, suppliers and landlords in an effort to save the company.

The same statement states that there will be no job losses, but there will be fewer shops.

Observers say, however, that there is something in the statement somewhere, but there is a possibility that workers will have a choice to be accommodated elsewhere and in other posts.

A quarter of a century later, after FW de Klerk and Tutu set up the Presidents Fund, thousands of victims of the apartheid era are still waiting for compensation, fingers are now pointing to ANC regime who might have exploited the funds

The victims would have qualify for aid from the Fund that included assistance for housing, health services and proper education. However, they are still waiting for the support. It seems like the ANC-regime just forgot about these so called victims and exploited the funds for the party’s own benefit.

It is almost a quarter of a century after FW de Klerk and Tutu shook hands on the matter, but now thousands still wait to receive a helping hand.

In 2003, the so-called Presidents Fund was established to assist the victims, but it appears that the ANC government does not fulfill their promises just as in the past, except when they can rob the whites of their land, one has victim apparently said.

The Automobile Association says South Africa motorists can expect “massive” fuel price cuts in January

A spokesperson for the AA said last weekend that calculations indicate that the price of this fuel will fall further during January 2019.

The expectation is that petrol may drop about R1.19 and diesel prices may decrease by R1.44 while lamp oil (paraffin) is expected to fall by R1.32.

Experts say that price is still too high and should fall by at least another R4.20, but the eagerness of the regime makes the motorist a the most convenient target to exploit .

Sly criminals pocketed money donations for Jacob Zuma’s legal costs in lawless stunt

Blacks who are sly criminals are collecting money to help pay the legal costs of Jacob Zuma, but are make sure that they put the donations into their own pockets.

The crooks are not only based in Natal where they cheat uninformed people with the stunt, because the same trick has also been observed in Central Transvaal.

The ANC spokesmen say they will not discourage anyone who wants to help Zuma to blame for the debt, but the party distances him from any involvement in the relationship.

Financial experts doubt whether Zuma has the assets to pay about R16m of legal costs, and may be declared bankrupt in order to get rid of the debt burden.

Meanwhile, the communist SACP has seriously blamed its partner, the ANC, that they have called for Zuma to help make donations for his debt.

You will be in trouble if you do not comply with the minimum wage law: Fines for violating the act and associated labour laws

Employers who fail to pay the minimum wage will be liable to pay a fine. Both the National Minimum Wage Act and the Labour Relations Amendment Act will come into effect on 1 January 2019.

These acts will regulate payment parameters and collective bargaining models. The controversial National Minimum Wage Act (NMWA) was recently approved by President Cyril Ramaphosa and has been met with mixed reactions from the public and trade unions alike.

The Labour Relations Amendment Act, which, along with the NMWA, was officially gazetted on Wednesday 12 December makes changes to the Labour Relations Act, impacting bargaining council agreements and procedures relating to pickets, strikes and lock-outs.
