De Ruyter has an impossible task of saving bankrupt Eskom

The fact that Eskom is in a bad position is common knowledge, and this news are reaching investors abroad. The dire condition of SA’s economy makes investors hesitant to invest in the country since they will be risking their money in the maze.

After the ANC regime finally realized, after 25 years of mismanagement, that they needed to find a competent person to get rid of the mess, Andre de Ruyter was appointed to the unenviable position.

His statements about Eskom are by no means flattering, and how such an enormous debt burden will be worked out, providing constant, sustainable power to the whole country, was asked too much from one person.

His meeting with the Eskom directors on Wednesday is likely to deal with the many “unplanned maintenance” that needs to be done, and clearly shows that regular checking of equipment is not done.

In an exclusive interview conducted by Die Vryburger with a well-known political analyst, it seems that 2019 is not a year of good prospects.

The anonymous expert says the projections are getting darker with Eskom, who is already plunging the country into debt with loadshedding.

In addition to the enormous R2 billion it cost daily to endure load shedding, it has a very negative impact on potential investors abroad.

South Africa following Zimbabwe into ruin? – The Zimbabwe economy is in chaos and disease is breaking out all over the place. Like Mugabe, the SA politicians are sucking our country dry and it is heading towards being just another black failed state

In this video by ‘Loving Life’ we see that the parallel paths of South Africa and Zimbabwe are very similar. The only winners in this scenario are the politicians.

The video looks at how Mugabe took over a very economically sound country in 1980 and brought it to its knees. The similarities of corruption, expropriation of land from white farmers, the complete collapse of industry and investors fleeing are undeniable. The video reflects on the situation as it is now in Zimbabwe and how the people are starving!

Investors do not want to invest in SA since our national power provider is so unreliable – Communists now demand the end of load shedding after it has already cost the country billion Rand in recent weeks

ANC, SAKP, Cosatu and Sanco are now demanding the end of load shedding in South Africa.

It is ironic that the people in charge of the country, that is, the ruling ANC party, its alliance partner, the SA Communist Party and unionists now demand that the shedding of power must be discontinued.

The ANC’s Zizi Kodwa issued a statement on behalf of the parties in which statecapture and corruption is blamed as well as Eskom’s incompetence to thrive. During the meeting of partners, the failure of local government was criticised as well as the inability to provide basic services.

In terms of power, the country has already spent billions of Rand in recent weeks, and Ramaphosa’s efforts to attract investors are being harmed by the power supply that is extremely unreliable.
