Likewise, Penny Sparrow has also had her entire life destroyed simply for comparing Africans on the beach to their alleged evolutionary forebears. So is it PC to deny evolution now? However blacks have been allowed to call white’s anything they want with total impunity. It has honestly become time that someone tells the truth about South Africa, and the prospects that awaits us all in the new year. In short the country has gone stark raving mad under the heavy burden of overt political correctness, with the incessant demand culture of the majority black population, fueled by communist everything for free ideologies.

#TheAfricanWay – SA Faces Extended #RollingBlackouts Due to Collapsing Infrastructure Yet Eskom Secretly Wants To Pay R1,8 BILLION (R88,000 per employee) in Performance Bonuses!

#ParasiticParastatal Eskom seems to have a strange idea about what a performance bonus is and why it actually gets paid. It secretly wants to spend R1,8 BILLION on performance bonuses for the current and following 2 years, even as we face phase 4-6 “load shedding” at the moment and it seems like daily rolling blackouts will be with us for quite some time.

According to Rapport Eskom did not disclose this fact to the public and NERSA (National Energy Regulator of South Africa) found out about this all by itself. It is not a new occurrence either as in 2017 Eskom paid out R4, 2 BILLION in bonuses, so they cannot claim ignorance. If that amount is evenly divided amongst Eskom’s 47658 employees, it amounts to R88,000 per employee!

In 2016 bonuses amounted to R2,1 BILLION. Last year Eskom did not want to give bonuses but were forced to give R10,000 each to more than 30,000 employees after they were convinced to go on strike. That amount was on top

Gordhan hires 11 “specialists” to tend to Eskom’s problem, however the unplanned rolling blackouts is largely due to inexperienced staff in-service, and lacking the ability to do the work according to requirements.

Minister Pravin Gordhan has appointed eleven industry specialists as the “Eskom Technical Review Team”.

The coordinator is Dr Tsakani Mthombeni, chair of the Energy Intensive Consumer Group, and he also serves on Ramaphosa’s “Sustainable” Eskom Task Team.

The team must investigate unplanned maintenance outages that are not applied to a scheduled system.

Operators errors that cause units to turn off unplanned, technical and other operator related issues that prevent units from functioning effectively form part of what needs to be investigated.
